About

​

Join Discover Paddling for a day trip along the stunning Kennet & Avon Canal. Calm safe water with stunning countryside views. Offering a unique opportunity to paddle over two aqueducts.
We will enjoy meandering through the local wildlife with stunning valley views along the way. We will stop off at the pub halfway to enjoy some much-needed refreshments. One week before the paddle we will be getting the latest menu from the pub and taking pre-orders.

 

*This trip will only go ahead with a minimum group size of 4*

Pre Requisites

 

Must have a basic level of fitness with the ability to paddle the full 5.5 miles without assistance.
Under 18’s need to be accompanied on the water with a paying parent or guardian.
We welcome children but they must be extremely competent. We request you contact us before booking your child.
All participants must wear a provided personal flotation device.

Cancellations

We ask that you contact us at least 2 weeks before your booked session.
We would hate for you to miss out on your Discover Paddling session. 
We will work with you to arrange a better date or time. We understand this is not always possible.

If you inform us 14 days prior to your confirmed session, you will receive a 100% refund.
If you inform us within 7-14 days of your confirmed session, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you inform us within 7 days of your confirmed session, you will receive a 0% refund.

We book instructors based on each session, so the earlier you let us know, the better!
