A Team Day That Brings People Together

Get your team out of the office, off the pitch and onto the water. Work teams, sports teams, clubs and societies all enjoy a day of shared challenges, and it is a fresh way to build communication, trust and a few good memories, whatever everyone's role. We will take care of the paddling so you can focus on your team. Every session is led by a qualified member of the Discover Paddling team and is suitable for complete beginners, so no experience is needed.

We adapt the experience to suit your group, so you can choose a relaxing paddle on beautiful waterways, or add some of our popular games and team challenges to keep everyone involved. You can paddle kayaks or stand up paddleboards.

We can take up to 13 on kayaks and 14 on paddleboards. Got a bigger team? Just let us know. Private groups are available for a minimum group size of 8.

Price

1.5 hours - £35pp

2 hours - £40pp

£10 per person non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time.

Final Payment is due two weeks before your agreed session.

PRE REQUISITES

Under 18’s need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian

Suitable for ages 13+

All participants must wear a provided personal flotation device

Full paddling equipment: kayak/paddleboard, paddles and buoyancy aid

WHAT TO BRING

Weather appropriate light weight clothing you don't mind getting wet. Sports T-shirt, shorts, leggings are recommended.

Old trainers (you don’t mind getting wet) or appropriate water sport shoes

Spare change of clothes and footwear for after your session. (incase you get wet)

Water bottle

Sun protection as required.

We run the majority of sessions at our Saul Junction hub. Other Locations are available on request.

We had a great time yesterday Paddle boarding on the Sharpness Canal ... All the team enjoyed themselves immensely and it was a great way to introduce a new member of our team and share an exciting fun experience.

We did an instructor social with our Pole Position Fitness Stroud team and we loved every minute! Lawrence was a great instructor, we felt safe and well guided though the experience, highly recommended if you're looking for something fun to do for a group social!
