Paddle through scenic canals on this guided kayaking session at Saul Junction, one of Gloucestershire's hidden gems, where two canals cross. Whether you are a complete beginner or simply looking for a relaxed way to enjoy the outdoors, it is a lovely way to spend time on the water.

Your session is led by a qualified member of the Discover Paddling team, who will show you everything you need to get started, with a few fun challenges along the way. No previous experience is needed.

This is an adults-only session, so it suits beginners and adventure seekers who fancy a chance to unwind and explore nature from the water. Afterwards, you are just a short stroll from pubs, cafés and restaurants, so you can stay for food and a drink.

A fantastic taster kayaking session for 7 of us. Lawrence was knowledgeable, patient and thorough in his explanations, and even managed to take some great pics along the way. The equipment was in excellent condition and we couldnt have asked for better weather. After putting in a good a bit of effort, we had a lovely meal at the Bells Inn. A brilliant experience all round!
