Looking for a different way to spend time on the water? Our guided stand-up paddleboard sessions are a relaxed way to get active, explore the outdoors and try something new, whatever your experience. No experience needed: A qualified instructor guides your session from start to finish, so beginners are very welcome. We paddle on sheltered water.

Scenic exploration: Meander along historic waterways and take in the surroundings. You may spot some local wildlife along the way. Optional games and challenges: Add some extra fun for your group if you fancy it. Friendly, experienced instructors: Our team is with you every step of the way, so you can enjoy your time on the water. Make a day of it: Saul Junction is close to pubs, restaurants and cafés, so you can stay for food and a drink after your paddle.

Had a great 90 minute session with Lawrence, my husband and I have always wanted to try stand up paddling and couldn't have been happier that we did. Lawrence was very informative, encouraging and easy to understand and had us both standing within 20 minutes. The whole setup was amazing, great equipment and a fantastic location.
