The Eight Mile
Charity Challenge

Saul Junction - Gloucester Dock

Let us paddle for better mental health and paddling activities on the water.

The last few years have been extremely challenging, with many of us realising how fragile our mental health is.

Many have found paddling as a way to escape the everyday and give their mental health the head space it needs.

We are running this Charity event to raise money for two very important causes.

We are proud to support the following Charities:

Mind- Charity Number 219830

Canal & River Trust- Charity Number 1146792

About

Paddlers will be raising money by completing an eight mile paddle along the historic, Gloucester and Sharpness Canal from the stunning Saul Junction to finish within the heart of the beautiful Historic Gloucester Dock.

This event welcomes all shapes and sizes of paddling craft from canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards.

Beginners are welcome, but must have the ability to complete the full distance.

Fundraising Price

To help raise money for these two charities we have set an entry cost of £30. If you would like to donate more that this can be added to your entry if you wish.
