Refunds or replacements given for:

Faulty items (fabric, stitching, or embroidery defects)
Wrong item or size sent due to our error
Item significantly different from what was advertised

Care & shrinkage:

Please follow the care label inside the garment for washing, drying, and ironing. Shrinkage or damage caused by not following the care label isn't covered.

Free changes or cancellation:

Any size, colour, or order change — or full cancellation for any reason — up to 10/09/26, when orders are placed with our supplier.

After 10/09/26:

Orders are in production and can no longer be changed or cancelled for change of mind.
Wrong size ordered? Let us know — we'll try to match you with another buyer wanting to swap, but this isn't guaranteed.

Faulty item returns:

Report any fault within 7 days of collection/delivery.
Visible faults (stitching, embroidery, damage): item must be unused with tags attached to be returned to our supplier for replacement.
Faults only detectable after first wash (e.g. shrinkage despite following the care label): send us photos and measurements instead — worn/washed condition doesn't affect your right to a replacement in this case.

This policy doesn't affect your other statutory rights.
