Being outside in the fresh air, with no need to get within six feet of anyone else, it's an easy way to be social with social distancing. All equipment is cleaned down and each person who attends completes covid-19 checks before booking. This is checked again on arrival.

It's an accessible holiday activity on your own doorstep! It's something a little different to do with your friends, family or on your own. No previous experience is required.
3. MOOD BOOSTING
It has been scientifically proven that you can boost your mood just by being outside and you’ll find an improvement in your physical and mental well-being. Paddling on water is a form of ‘moving-meditation’. Embracing the calming nature of the water and looking out on the world from a different perspective are all components of a typical paddle, which all play there part in boosting your mood and getting your endorphins flowing.
There aren’t too many sports that provide the opportunity to meet other people (or paddle in solitude if you prefer…). Kayaking and paddle boarding are unique because it incorporates nature’s beautiful surroundings, great physical benefits, and it prevents the distraction of phones or tablet's in hand!

Taking your mind away for the 101 tasks and challenges you might have in you life will significantly reduce your stress levels. You can escape the normal and embracing the beauty of floating on calm safe water and enjoy being one with nature.

Paddling is a low impact full body exercise, incorporating all large muscle groups. No matter what your fitness goals are, you’re going to get great exercise and tone your body while having fun.

Time spent outdoors comes with a major bonus: vitamin D intake. The “sunshine vitamin” can many of us take in over 80% of it from those golden rays.

Kayaking and paddle boarding to be the most flexible, adaptable, and fun way to go on adventures. No matter what your age you can join us on the water. We have a full range of
buoyancy aids to fit even the smallest of adventures. For families we have multi person kayaks and paddleboards. These low impact activities are even pregnancy friendly (please consulting your doctor before partaking any activities that you are not used to).
9. ENDLESS ADVENTURE
Unlike the gym, paddling can take you absolutely anywhere and no two paddles are ever the same. The UK is home to endless waterways, canals, rivers, lakes and beautiful coastline, so you really are spoilt for choice when it comes to exploring. If you’ve mastered the basics on one of our sessions but would like to take your adventures further, then you could look at our Social Paddles and Adventure Weekends which comes with the added bonus of company of others to expand your social circles, and share all of the fun with like-minded individuals.
10. NOT JUST A SUMMER ACTIVITY
Contrary to popular belief kayaking and paddleboarding can be done in the UK 12 months of the year. It's all about wearing the right gear for the conditions, you can stay warm and dry on top of your craft.
